As the Marketing Manager for the Toronto-based nonprofit Good Neighbours Canada, I am responsible for creating print and digital content for the organization. My role also includes ensuring the brand guidelines are implemented throughout all platforms, both in written copy and in design. Our content focuses on expanding brand awareness through highlighting our programs and increasing fundraising amounts.

Part of my role also includes optimizing our website and existing material to improve the donor experience. I worked with various teams from around the world. This includes transforming assets from our international partners into high-quality material that engages the Canadian audience.

Answer the Call
The Answer the Call was a special campaign dedicated to attracting new child sponsorships. It consists of its own brand guide that was separate from the Good Neighbours Canada brand colours. The brand style was already decided before I had taken on the project. I was in charge of creating social media posts and reviewing the content of the landing page.

The concept of the campaign was that children are 'calling' for our help. It posts the question on whether the audience is willing to answer their call for help.
